Centered at the counter, each seating follows a seasonal progression of sushi, sashimi, and composed small plates prepared in front of guests, highlighting exceptional product, precision, and balance. Our menu is not à la carte. The chef curates each course based on seasonality, fish quality, and guest preferences shared in advance. Expect pristine nigiri, elegantly composed bites, and thoughtful pacing that lets the meal unfold with intention. Optional sake and wine pairings are selected to complement the menu; a limited beverage list is available. Designed for focus and connection, Sushi Snob is best suited to intimate executive dinners, client entertainment, anniversaries, and small birthday celebrations that value a seated tasting over a reception. We host a single group per seating, ensuring dedicated attention and a seamless experience from arrival to farewell.
